Major Thoroughfare Plan 

 The Waller County Transportation Plan was a comprehensive transportation study conducted by the Houston-Galveston Area Council (HGAC), Waller County, TxDOT, and various municipal partners in 2019.  The goal of the study was to develop a long-term planning tool to enhance mobility, support economic development, and improve quality of life for the residents of Waller County.  The study developed a major thoroughfare plan which was subsequently adopted by Waller County.  The Waller County Major Thoroughfare Plan (MTP) is a planning tool used to preserve corridors and ensure connectivity within the community.
